CHOS started with a simple observation: churches use too many disconnected tools. The service plan lives in one app. People records live in another. Volunteer scheduling happens in a spreadsheet. Giving runs through a separate platform. And nobody has a clear picture of what's happening across the church.
We built CHOS to fix that. CHOS — the Church Operating System — provides Available Services and People alongside Beta Volunteers, Check-ins, Rehearsals, Notifications, and AI Assistant. Beta volunteer assignments can appear on a person profile, and supervised Check-ins Beta can update attendance.

AI should be practical, not hype. AI Assistant Beta reads permission-scoped active-module data and answers grounded questions. Staff still verify each answer, and Preview or Unavailable module writes remain excluded.
Setup should be deliberate, scoped, and verified. Start with one weekly service pattern and add People deliberately. Setup time depends on source data, permissions, staff review, and the workflows being evaluated; CHOS publishes no setup-time or completion guarantee.
